It’s too hot/cold/rainy/hilly where I live. Can I use this program on a treadmill? A. Sure! Running outside can be a little more exciting than being stuck on a “dreadmill,” but I know plenty of runners who log thousands of miles on their treadmills and achieve great results at races.
